How Our Mail-In Works
1. Submit Your Request
Fill out the mail-in form to the right with your device details and repair/upgrade needs. No payment required at this stage.
2. We Review & Quote
We’ll review your request within 1 business day and send a detailed quote to your preferred contact. We’ll confirm parts availability and give you a realistic timeline.
3. Approve & Ship
Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you our shipping address and instructions. Pack your device securely — we recommend a padded box. We suggest insuring your shipment for its full value.
4. We Get to Work
Once your device arrives, we’ll inspect it, confirm the scope of work, and get started. We’ll notify you when it arrives and provide updates throughout the repair.
5. Payment & Invoice
We’ll send a payment invoice when the repair is complete. A deposit may be required for larger projects. We accept all major payment methods.
6. We Ship It Back
Once payment is received, we’ll carefully package and ship your device back to you with tracking. Return shipping cost is included in your quote.
7. Done!
Your repaired or upgraded device arrives at your door. Backed by our 90-day limited warranty on parts and workmanship.

Yes. We accept mail-in repairs for phones, tablets, computers, laptops, iPods, Apple Watch, game consoles, and more. Submit the form above and we’ll confirm we can help with your specific device and issue.
Pack your device in a padded box with bubble wrap or foam. Remove any SIM cards and back up your data before shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment for its full replacement value through your carrier. We’ll provide our mailing address once your quote is approved.
We take every precaution to protect your device while it’s in our care. However, we recommend insuring your shipment through your shipping carrier as Device Dr cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
Turnaround time varies by repair type. Most standard repairs take 2–5 business days once your device arrives. Complex repairs or upgrades may take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline when we send your quote and provide updates throughout.
We send a payment invoice when the repair is complete. For larger projects (like computer repairs, upgrades, ipod upgrades, etc), a deposit may be required before work begins. We’ll be clear about payment expectations in your quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zellem cash and other common payment methods. We’ll send a secure payment link with your invoice.
We’ll carefully package your device and ship it back with full tracking. Return shipping cost is included in your quote upfront — no surprise fees.
