Can you build a custom gaming PC from scratch?

Yes. We build custom gaming PCs from the ground up — from budget builds to high-end workstations. Tell us your goals and budget and we’ll put together a build recommendation.

Can I supply my own parts?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work with customer-supplied components. Please note that our 90-day warranty covers labor and any parts we supply — we cannot warranty customer-supplied parts.

Yes. We’re happy to advise on component selection for your budget and use case. Whether you’re gaming, streaming, content creating, or all of the above, we’ll help you make smart choices.

How long does a custom build take?

Most builds are completed within 1-3 business days depending on complexity and whether parts need to be ordered. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

Do you overclock?

We configure XMP/EXPO memory profiles for optimal RAM performance as a standard part of our builds. Custom CPU/GPU overclocking is available on request — discuss with us before your build.

How often should I get my PC deep cleaned?

We recommend a deep clean and thermal paste replacement annually — or every 6 months if your PC is in a dusty environment or running hot. Dust buildup is one of the most common and preventable causes of overheating and component failure.

Can you fix my existing gaming PC?

Yes. We diagnose and repair gaming PCs with crashes, overheating, boot failures, BSODs, and component failures. We identify the root cause before recommending a fix.

What warranty do you offer on builds?

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and shop-supplied parts. Individual components may carry manufacturer warranties. Customer-supplied parts are installed with care but are not covered by our warranty.

Went to xfinity for advice/ help since I have xfinity mobile. Was advised to take to Device Dr. Excellent advice. Young man in charge immediately addressed problem and removed all bad aps. From the immediate professionalism to the amazing customer service this guy knows what he's doing. My phone crashed out and wouldn't charge no matter what I tried he was able to get it working again next day without having to order any parts. So I brought in a 10 year old phone I'd wanted pictures off for years and he was able to get it working too. If you ever have a problem with your phone or laptop this is your guy!
