We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. Does not cover accidental damage, cracks, liquid exposure, or physical impact after repair.
While Apple Watches carry a water resistance rating, this is not a permanent guarantee. Water resistance can degrade over time, especially after a drop, screen crack, or previous repair. Seals and adhesives wear down with age and exposure. If your watch has been exposed to water and is experiencing issues, bring it in — we offer water damage diagnostics and will give you an honest assessment of what can be recovered.
Yes. Our 90-day limited warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover liquid exposure or water damage that occurs after a repair is completed. We recommend avoiding submersion after any screen or battery repair, as the water resistance seal may need to be re-established.
Device Dr cannot guarantee water resistance following any repair. Opening an Apple Watch to replace the screen, battery, or other components requires breaking the original factory seal. While we take care to reseal the device as best as possible, we cannot certify water resistance to Apple’s original specifications after a repair. We recommend treating your watch as non-water-resistant following any service and avoiding submersion, showering with it, or exposing it to high-pressure water.
