Do you offer free estimates?

Basic check-in diagnostics are often free. In-depth diagnostics for complex issues may involve a fee of $50+, which is always explained before any work begins.

Can you fix devices other shops couldn't repair?

Yes. We specialize in advanced diagnostics and board-level micro-soldering that many shops cannot perform. If we can’t resolve it in-store, we work with trusted specialist

From the immediate professionalism to the amazing customer service this guy knows what he's doing. My phone crashed out and wouldn't charge no matter what I tried he was able to get it working again next day without having to order any parts. So I brought in a 10 year old phone I'd wanted pictures off for years and he was able to get it working too. If you ever have a problem with your phone or laptop this is your guy!
