What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket MacBook parts?

OEM (genuine Apple) parts match original specifications exactly and are available for supported models through our IRP status. Quality aftermarket parts are made by trusted third-party manufacturers at a lower cost. We explain both options and let you choose based on your priorities and budget.

Can you repair Apple Silicon MacBooks (M1, M2, M3, M4)?

Yes. We service all Apple Silicon MacBook models. Note that Apple Silicon MacBooks have unified memory that cannot be upgraded after purchase — we’ll advise honestly on what’s possible for your specific model.

Can you fix a MacBook that won't turn on?

Often yes. A MacBook that won’t power on can have several causes — a failed battery, power delivery issue, board-level fault, or something simpler. We diagnose thoroughly before recommending a repair.

Can you recover data from a dead MacBook?

In many cases yes. Even if your MacBook won’t boot, we can often recover your data. See our Data Recovery page for more details.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

A diagnostic fee of $50+ may apply for complex issues such as water damage or board-level failures. We always provide approval before proceeding with any paid repair.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. Does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or physical impact after repair.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are optional but can reduce wait time during busy periods.

From the immediate professionalism to the amazing customer service this guy knows what he's doing. My phone crashed out and wouldn't charge no matter what I tried he was able to get it working again next day without having to order any parts. So I brought in a 10 year old phone I'd wanted pictures off for years and he was able to get it working too. If you ever have a problem with your phone or laptop this is your guy!
