If parts are not in stock, we can order them. In most cases parts ship within 2–5 business days. We’ll let you know upfront before ordering anything.

We recommend backing up your device before repair whenever possible. Google Pixel phones back up automatically to Google One — confirm your backup is current before bringing it in.
A diagnostic fee of $50+ may apply for complex issues such as water damage or board-level repairs. We always provide approval before proceeding with any paid repair.
We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. Does not cover accidental damage, cracks, liquid exposure, or physical impact after repair.
