Can you fix the Google Pixel camera if it's not working?

Yes. Camera issues on Pixel phones can be hardware or software related. We’ll diagnose the issue and advise you on the best fix. Most camera hardware repairs can be completed the same day.

Do Google Pixel phones have good water resistance — can you fix water damage?

Pixel phones carry an IP water resistance rating but this is not a permanent guarantee. We offer water damage diagnostics and board-level repair for liquid-damaged Pixel devices. Bring it in as soon as possible.

What if you can't get parts for my Pixel model?

If parts are not in stock, we can order them. In most cases parts ship within 2–5 business days. We’ll let you know upfront before ordering anything.

Can you fix a Google Pixel that won't turn on?

Often yes. A device that won’t power on doesn’t necessarily mean the data is gone or the phone is unrepairable. Bring it in and we’ll assess the issue.

Do I need to back up my Pixel before repair?

We recommend backing up your device before repair whenever possible. Google Pixel phones back up automatically to Google One — confirm your backup is current before bringing it in.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

A diagnostic fee of $50+ may apply for complex issues such as water damage or board-level repairs. We always provide approval before proceeding with any paid repair.

What warranty do you offer on Pixel repairs?

We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship. Does not cover accidental damage, cracks, liquid exposure, or physical impact after repair.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are optional but can reduce wait time during busy periods.
