Can you reinstall Windows without losing my data?

We always attempt to preserve your data. Depending on the severity of the OS issue, a repair install may preserve everything. A clean install erases the drive — we’ll discuss options and recommend backing up before any OS work.

Can you upgrade my computer to Windows 11?

Yes, if your hardware meets Microsoft’s requirements. We check compatibility first and advise honestly if an upgrade isn’t recommended for your specific hardware.

My Mac won't boot — can you fix it?

Often yes. Macs that won’t boot can often be restored through macOS Recovery Mode without losing data. We diagnose the issue and perform the appropriate recovery procedure.

Can you fix a Mac stuck in a boot loop?

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 90-day warranty on labor. Software-related services are not subject to warranty for future OS issues unrelated to our work.

From the immediate professionalism to the amazing customer service this guy knows what he's doing. My phone crashed out and wouldn't charge no matter what I tried he was able to get it working again next day without having to order any parts. So I brought in a 10 year old phone I'd wanted pictures off for years and he was able to get it working too. If you ever have a problem with your phone or laptop this is your guy!
