Most builds are completed within 1-3 business days depending on complexity and whether parts need to be ordered. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
We configure XMP/EXPO memory profiles for optimal RAM performance as a standard part of our builds. Custom CPU/GPU overclocking is available on request — discuss with us before your build.
We recommend a deep clean and thermal paste replacement annually — or every 6 months if your PC is in a dusty environment or running hot. Dust buildup is one of the most common and preventable causes of overheating and component failure.
Yes. We diagnose and repair gaming PCs with crashes, overheating, boot failures, BSODs, and component failures. We identify the root cause before recommending a fix.
We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and shop-supplied parts. Individual components may carry manufacturer warranties. Customer-supplied parts are installed with care but are not covered by our warranty.
