We offer two different options for Apple Watch screen repairs:
A) ‘Top-Glass Only” – This repair is applicable to watches which have been broken but still have a functioning image display (OLED). The ‘top-glass’/digitizer may be broken with limited or no touch response. The broken display assembly will be removed from the Watch and layers separated; the top glass is carefully removed from the OLED, cleaned, tested, and then our technician will bond a new top-glass to the existing OLED with optically clear adhesive. The display assembly will then be fitted to the watch with high-quality liquid adhesive then clamped for a few hours to ensure a tight, nearly factory-finish.
B) Full Display Assembly – This repair is applicable to watches which have been broken but have a damaged image display (OLED) with black spots, bright lines, or other panel damage. The ‘top-glass’/digitizer may be broken as well with limited or no touch response. The broken display assembly will be removed from the Watch, housing cleaned, and the new display assembly will then be fitted to the watch with high-quality liquid adhesive then clamped for a few hours to ensure a tight, nearly factory-finish.
We stock ‘top-glass’ / digitizers for most Apple Watches from Series 2 – 7. Full display assembly repairs are ordered on a per repair basis; however we can have the required display assembly shipped same-day with overnight shipping upon request (additional shipping fee added to total repair cost).
Most repairs are completed within 48 hours, Monday – Friday.
Poorly performing batteries can be a hassle for any Apple Watch user; let us get your device to 100%. If your battery is swelling, pushing outwards on the screen, causing the glass to push the display off the housing, this too can be resolved with a battery replacement.
All batteries degrade over time so we can expect a factory battery to last 1, maybe 2 years, depending on each individual’s use, charging habits and charging cables/blocks used day-to-day.
We stock most Watch batteries from Series 2 – 7. We will install a new, zero-cycle, original capacity battery.
Battery replacements will take about 24 hours for installation and testing.
